A Stevens Roofing Systems ("Stevens") Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is a written agreement between the building owner and Stevens Roofing Systems requiring Stevens to repair any leaks in the Stevens Roofing System subject to the Warranty's clearly defined terms, conditions and limitations.  Stevens presently offers three basic types of warranties in standard or no-dollar-limit (NDL) versions, to meet the owner's particular needs, as summarized below.
     Stevens warranties are available with terms from five to twenty years long with the length depending upon the type of warranty, installation and the use of the building and site.
     The term of the Warranty generally commences with the date of substantial completion of the Stevens roofing installation.
     A modest fee is charged for Stevens warranties based on the size and type of installation and the type of warranty requested.
     Among the requirements of the Warranty, leaks must be reported in writing to Stevens Roofing Systems within thirty days.  The Warranty also contains some exclusions, such as those based on natural disasters such as lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes and peak wind gust speeds greater than the specific limit set forth in the Warranty.  If you have any questions, please contact the Stevens Roofing Systems Warranty Service Department.  Please note that Stevens' total financial obligation under the Warranty is limited to the owner's original cost of the installed Stevens Roofing System unless a NDL Warranty had been requested and approved.

Stevens Roofing Systems offers three basic types of warranties.  They are available in Standard or NDL (no-dollar-limit) versions, as described below:

Material (Membrane Only) Limited Warranty

      This Warranty addresses the cost of replacing Stevens membrane in the event of the failure of the installed Stevens membrane to withstand the effects of weather due to normal wear and tear.  The Warranty obligates Stevens to furnish replacement material in the affected area prorated for service to the date of the claim.  The Warranty does not include installation or removal costs.

Limited Warranty (Material and Labor)

      This Warranty provides that Stevens will repair any leaks occurring in the Stevens Roofing System, which includes Stevens membrane, Stevens adhesives, Stevens fasteners, Stevens termination bars, and other materials provided by Stevens, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations described on the Warranty. 
1.   The Standard Material & Labor Warranty assures that Stevens will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any Stevens Roofing membrane or other Stevens-supplied materials found to be defective, up to the original cost of the membrane.
2.   The No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) Material and Labor Warranty assures that Stevens will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any Stevens Roofing membrane or other Stevens-supplied materials found to be defective, with no stated limit on the replacement cost.

Stevens Total System Limited Warranty

      This Warranty provides that Stevens will repair any leaks occurring in the Stevens Total Roofing System, which includes Stevens membrane, Stevens Edge Metal Systems, insulation, Stevens adhesives, Stevens fasteners, Stevens insulation plates, Stevens termination bars, Stevens pavers, and other material provided by Stevens, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations described in the Warranty. 
1.   The Standard Total System Warranty assures that Stevens will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any Stevens Roofing membrane or other Stevens-supplied or approved materials found to be defective, up to the original cost of the membrane.
2.   The No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) Material and Labor Warranty assures that Stevens will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any Stevens Roofing membrane or other Stevens-supplied materials found to be defective, with no stated limit on the replacement cost.
