Stevens EP Profile Plus battens are available to simulate the look of various standing seam details. Our newest design, Stevens EP™ Profile Plus stands almost 1.5-inches tall, will create a dramatic look on any size roof.
ColorsThe Stevens EP Profile Plus batten is available in all standard EP colors: white, light slate gray, pewter, buckskin, desert brown, terra cotta, dark ivy green, patina and neon blue.
Stevens EP Profile Plus is easy to use and install using Stevens Butyl Tape and Stevens Primer. The system does not require the use of any additional mechanical attachment or hot-air welding equipment, and can be installed on any Stevens EP™ roof surface regardless of slope.
In most instances, the Stevens EP™ Profile Plus is installed adjacent to a Stevens EP™ membrane seam, on standard 76.5-inch (1.94 m) wide sheets of 45 mil (1.14 mm) or 60 mil (1.52 mm) membrane. The Stevens EP™ Profile Plus provides an aesthetically pleasing look on nearly any structure. Additional rows of Stevens EP™ Profile Plus can be added between seams to create a smaller panel look.
Specifications
Each Stevens EP Profile Plus is 10-ft (3.048 m) long, 1.375-in (34.9 mm) wide at the base and 1.375-in (34.9 mm) high. Profiles can be joined together lengthwise by inserting a small plastic dowel (included) between adjacent ends.
