DensDeck®

Georgia-Pacific DensDeck® roof board is a specially designed non structural gypsum roof “utility board”.  This product is produced with a patented treated core and embedded glass mats on both faces.  This unique design yields a fire barrier product with high strength, moisture and mold resistant properties.  DensDeck is offered in ¼-in., ½-in. and 5/8-in. thickness.

DensDeck is compatible with all Stevens membranes; Stevens EP™ (TPO), Stevens EV® (HP Elvaloy) and Stevens Hypalon® (CSPE) in energy-efficient white or Stevens colors.

DensDeck can be used in many installation methods such as Mechanically Attached, Fully-adhered, ballasted, Vented Roof System (VRS), GardenTop™ and Metal Retrofit Systems.

Attachment Methods
DensDeck Roof Board may be mechanically attached, mopped with hot asphalt or adhered with Stevens Insulation Adhesive or Stevens Olybond.

DensDeck Prime®
Features a non-asphaltic, integral surface treatment for an enhanced bond and reduced fasteners.  DensDeck Prime has all the properties of DensDeck plus it creates a more consistent, stronger bond, reduces adhesive requirements, fewer fasteners are required and allows for uniform drying time.  DensDeck Prime is used for Fully-Adhered Stevens Roofing Systems.
