The Stevens Fascia System is our superior edge metal system and one of the strongest fascia systems currently available in the industry. It has been designed specifically for those installations requiring maximum resistance to wind uplift forces.
The Stevens Fascia System consists of a heavy extruded aluminum anchor bar pre-slotted 12-in. (30.5-cm), on center, corrosion resistant fasteners and snap-on fascia cover. The uniquely engineered Stevens Fascia System design provides superb protection against roof edge damage caused by high winds when installed according to Stevens specifications.
Components of the system include:
- Heavy-duty serrated anchor bar made of extruded aluminum (.100-in. gauge [2.54-mm]) and supplied in standard lengths of 12-ft. (3.66 m), and heights of 3.5-, 5-, 6.5-, and 8-in. (8.9-,12.7-, 16.5-, and 20.3-cm).
- Larger "heavy guage" fascia is also available in 8.5-, 10-, 11.5- and 13-in. heights (21.6-, 25.4-, 29.2-, 33-cm).
- 1 5/8-in (4.2 cm) corrosion resistant fasteners with neoprene gaskets, splice plates and drivers.
- Snap-on fascia formed without horizontal break lines. Extenders are also available.
- A special fascia alignment tool that helps to ensure proper alignment and installation of snap-on fascia and accessories without denting or scratching the finish.
- Stevens Fascia is FM 1-645 approved.
Following the ANSI/SPRI’s ES-1 test method, a properly installed Stevens Fascia System offers up to 290 lbs. of resistance.
