Stevens Edge

The Stevens Edge System is our most popular fascia system and consists of a heavy formed 1/4 hard aluminum anchor rail and a snap-on fascia cover. The membrane is fastened and held in place over the edge of the roof by the anchor rail. The snap-on cover floats freely to allow for thermal expansion and contraction. Corrosion resistant 1 5/8-in. fasteners with neoprene gaskets ensure a water-tight fit.

.050-in. 1/4 hard formed aluminum anchor rail supplied in lengths of 12-ft. (3.66 m), and in four sizes. Custom sizes are also available.
Snap-on fascia covers without horizontal break lines are available in heights of 4-, 5.5-, 7-, and 8.5-inches (10-, 14-, 17.8- and 21.6 cm). The 8.5-in. fascia covers have a stiffening band to prevent flexing. Extenders are also available.
1 5/8-in. (4.2 cm) corrosion resistant fasteners with neoprene gaskets, and drivers.
Stevens Edge is FM 1-225 approved.

Test Results
When tested following the ANSI/SPRI’s ES-1 test for fascia that acts as a termination for roofing membranes (which tests the resistance to membrane stress on the fascia), a properly installed Stevens Edge System easily passes the minimum 100 lbs./ft of resistance required.

Stevens Edge System does not require penetrations of the roof membrane at deck level, or stripping-in at the perimeter. Standard 12-ft. (3.66-m), lengths mean fewer joints and greater productivity during installation.

Stevens Edge is available in a wide variety of standard architectural colors, metals and finishes, and can be ordered with factory fabricated accessories such as miters, overflows, spill outs, downspout scuppers and special miter angles. All Stevens Metal accessories are available in both standard sizes as well as custom configurations and colors.
